Newbury Residential is a fast growing, real estate investment and property management company. We primarily purchase multifamily assets, and look to add value through renovations and property upgrades. We are on the hunt for a passionate District Operations & Construction Manager who can oversee the day-to-day maintenance at multiple properties while leading projects throughout the portfolio.
We are looking for someone who has experience working hands on in the construction industry and also someone with leadership abilities who can build a team of likeminded individuals to help reposition our properties in the most efficient way possible. The position will combine project management, team leadership, procurement and vendor management. You must have a demonstrated ability to build, develop and lead a team.
The position will oversee the day-to-day apartment turns, maintenance requests, emergency maintenance repairs, and multiple interior and exterior projects throughout their regional portfolio. They will be required to hire and/or develop team members at every property to achieve our productivity goals. The Regional Operations and Construction Manager position is a traveling role that will require travel up to 75% of the time.D
