Overview:
Employee friendly company is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management and providing exceptional service to prospective tenants. This job is for a minimum of 12 hours and could be for as much as 25 hours per week depending on workload. 12 hours will be on Saturday and Sunday. The other hours would be more flexible and could fluctuate.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features
- Process lease applications and renewals
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
- Assist in property maintenance requests and follow up on completion
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle inquiries and schedule appointments
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred but not required

- Dependable, with ability to be at work on-time
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency with property management software preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic administrative duties related to leasing operations
