More information on NewCold can befound on www.newcold.com and our socialmedia.Main TASKS and DUTIES:Conducting an efficient transport planning on a daily baseCommunicating with customers and suppliers on a daily basis on the progress of orders and possible issues.Resolving operational issues during the transport such as delays in transport and special requests.Processing planning information in the transport management systems.Processing orders in the Transport Management System (TMS).Analyzing transport requirements and customer needs.Planning optimal routes based on distance, traffic, and deliverydeadlines.Selecting appropriate transportation modes based on cost andcapacity.Optimizing load capacity and minimizing empty miles for efficientresource utilization.Ensuring compliance with transport regulations and customsrequirements.Monitoring and tracking shipments in real-time, addressing anyissues or delays.Conducting cost analyses, budgeting, and evaluating transportationexpenses.Collaborating and communicating with internal teams, suppliers,and customers.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Administrational or logistics educationMore than 3 years experience in logistics or transportProfessional communicationStrong organizational and planning skillsFluent in English and Dutch, any other European language is aplusAreyou up for the job?If you are interested in this vacancy and would like to apply, please make surethat you leave your CV in English.
