About The JobNewDay USA is looking for a top-notch business mind and modeler to support our operations and business development initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Human Resources the Business Analyst will play a critical role in business operation planning and process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications
- You have a Business, Accounting or Finance degree. MBA or MBA candidacy a plus
- You have 0‐1 year of business operations experience
- You have skills in SQL and Excel
- You are an analytical decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate tactics necessary to achieve results
- Effectively solve and communicate operational and financial matters
- Contribute to the execution of NewDay USA’s strategic goals and objectives
- Prepare and analyze data and provide key business insights
- Identify opportunities for NewDay USA to leverage cross‐functional strengths and improve and streamline operational functions in the company
- Create business models and reporting capabilities for various branches of NewDay USA
- Reports directly to department leader and senior management
