Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist dentists during procedures and perform various patient care, office, and laboratory duties.

Responsibilities:

- Assist dentists during examinations and treatment procedures
- Prepare patients for dental work
- Take and record medical and dental histories and vital signs
- Provide post-operative instructions prescribed by the dentist
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment for patients
- Prepare materials for impressions and restorations
- Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies

Qualifications:

- Experience in dental assisting with knowledge of four-handed dentistry techniques
- Proficiency in HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
- Familiarity with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix
- Ability to take accurate vital signs and assist in prosthodontics and endodontics procedures
