Job Description: Guest Service Agent-Hampton Inn Jackson
Location: Hampton Inn & Suites Jackson, 150 Campbell Oaks Drive, Jackson, TN, 38305
Salary: $12/hr
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests of the Hampton Inn Jackson. This position is responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering phones, making reservations, and providing information about the hotel and surrounding area. The Guest Service Agent must be able to handle cash and credit card transactions, balance the cash drawer, and maintain accurate records. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Guest Service Agent must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
