Essential Duties:
- Provide home-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to children and families.
- Deliver comprehensive mental health services to children, parents, and families in various settings.
- Maintain client records.
- Serve as liaison with outside agencies and referral services.
- Coordinate team services to comply with recovery plans.
- Demonstrate innovative problem-solving, crisis intervention, and management skills.
- Collaborate within a team to offer interventions including therapy, crisis response, consultation, advocacy, and linkages.
- Work with other professionals to ensure adherence to IICAPS credentialing requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the IICAPS Team Leader.
- Conduct evaluations and assist in formulating recovery goals and strategies for families and teams. Provide treatment in various settings such as homes, communities, and schools.
- Offer therapeutic interventions including child therapy, parent guidance, couple therapy, family therapy, crisis response, school consultation, case management, advocacy, and service delivery, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Maintain clinical records in the IICAPS BMS and CCGC's Credible web-based electronic health record.
- Meet documentation deadlines.
- Participate in supervision and case presentations.
- Interface with CCGC medication prescribers and families.
- Contribute to special projects such as consultation, prevention programs, and community education, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Be credentialed to provide diagnostic and treatment services to children 0-18 and their families under a Licensed Clinician's supervision.
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, family therapy or a related clinical field.
- Experience providing individual, group, and family psychosocial assessments and treatment.
- Demonstrate expertise in assessment, crisis intervention, and child and family therapy, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Have a solid commitment to your work and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
