Job Summary

• Collaborate closely with registered nurses to conduct thorough, good-faith examinations and consultations with clients. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the client's medical history, treatment benefits, potential risks, and expected outcomes.
• Oversee and administer weight loss programs and IV infusion treatments with strict adherence to established protocols, scope of practice guidelines, organizational policies and procedures, and all relevant governing standards.
• Assist surgeons in providing pre-operative consultations and post-operative care for a range of surgical and non-surgical procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency or a strong willingness to learn advanced skills such as non-invasive aesthetic treatments, operating room procedures, suturing techniques, sterile processing, universal precautions, and first-assisting roles in the operating room.
• Exhibit exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, maintaining a positive attitude while working closely with other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Possess strong interpersonal abilities, including patience, effective communication skills, and excellent problem-solving capabilities, to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency.

• Minimum of 4000 hours of hands-on experience as a licensed physician assistant. Exceptions will be considered for those with industry experience.
• Valid and active Washington State Physician Assistant License (required upon hire).
• Current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) are required upon hire.
