Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Director of Los Angeles. The Director will oversee the daily operations of our HQ House and 6 other offices in Metro Los Angeles, implementing strategies to enhance the golf instruction experience, managing instructor teams, and collaborating with key stakeholders. In addition, the Director will contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives, cultivate partnerships with corporate entities, and support community outreach initiatives. Some remote work is acceptable with the role being located in Los Angeles, CA.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field

Relevant certifications, such as PGA Membership, are a plus.
