**Newton Music Academy is seeking passionate Voice Teachers for the 2024-25 academic year.** Join our team to inspire the next generation of musicians in a supportive and collaborative work environment. Share your expertise and enthusiasm for teaching with us!

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct voice lessons after school hours and/or during weekends.

- Foster a positive and educational environment for students of all levels.

- Prepare students for NMA recitals held twice a year, showcasing their learning and development.

- Maintain prompt email communication with students' families and the academy's office to ensure smooth coordination and support.

**Requirements:**

- Reliable transportation to Newton Music Academy, as public transit options are not available.

- Willingness to sign a teaching contract effective from September 2024 to June 2025.

- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in music with a focus on voice training.

- Prior experience working with children as well as adults is highly desirable.

**Compensation:**

- Competitive pay ranging from $40 to $50 per hour, based on location of lessons and teaching experience.

- Opportunity to teach at our academy or in the comfort of students' homes.

**Scheduling:**

- During the hiring process, we offer the flexibility to set your preferred teaching hours. Once your schedule is established, we expect teachers to maintain these hours to provide our students with a consistent learning experience.
