Each Registered Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population specific care in accordance with the BORN regulations and professional standards of care.

The ideal candidates will have the following background:

• Current Massachusetts RN license required.

• Strong interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict management skills required. Telemetry experience preferred

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

• Bachelor’s degree Nursing, preferred.

• Demonstrated clinical competence and experience in geriatric or medical area.

• Critical Care experience preferred (ie. Telemetry).
