Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

This is a window and door installation business. The current location is Ft Myers but the business will be relocated to Bonita Beach Rd just east of I75.

The business has two full time office employees. All other employees are tasked with window installations and overseeing job site quality control. The business has 4 installation crews and an operator.

Responsibilities
- Manage the phones
- Apply for permits and scheduling of permits
- Handle Quickbooks and all bill paying
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Handle calendar management and scheduling appointments for installations
- Ensure customers are satisfied
- Provide support in various office management tasks

Experience
Required:
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Small Office Environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
