Director of Development, Chief of Staff to the CDO – Development – Corporate
The Director of Development, Chief of Staff to the Chief Development Officer, will have responsibility for supporting all high-level initiatives that roll up to the SVP within the Office of Development at NewYork-Presbyterian. Reporting to the CDO, this role will be a central figure to help organize, facilitate, and effectuate the responsibilities of the CDO and broader team. Provide organizational support to the Development leadership team to facilitate and ensure their effectiveness as leaders.
In collaboration with Development Leadership this role will serve as a key strategic leader on the team in support of NYP’s core fundraising programs, Strategic Plan, and current $2 billion Capital Campaign. The Director of Development, Chief of Staff to the CDO, will support the development and management of an integrated, metrics driven team which focuses on best practices, industry standards and specific activity goals. Assist with managing the CDO’s donor portfolio through the stewardship, cultivation, and solicitation process. Will collaborate with CDO and Special Events team on donor facing events.
