Representative - Workforce Health and Safety - Columbia Hospital

In this role, you will provide compassionate, patient focused and superior customer service, while keeping our fast-paced employee health clinic running smoothly. Coordinate appointments and perform general clerical duties to assure the timely, efficient and accurate flow of patient information. You'll be responsible for scheduling and registration of employee visits to the Workforce Health and Safety Clinic. Welcome, screen, and direct patients, visitors and hospital colleagues to appropriate areas. Cultivate a courteous and respectful demeanor while multitasking between people and responsibilities.

This is a full time position working 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday at our Columbia hospital.

Preferred Criteria

• Secretarial school or some college
• Experience scheduling and coordinating patient appointments

Required Criteria

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years previous clerical experience
• Computer proficiency with knowledge of Windows-based computer applications
