Events and Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Conference Events Manager
- User Conference Management: Oversee the planning and execution of our yearly 3-day User Conference, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.
- Industry Expositions: Manage logistics for 3-5 exposition booths at industry conferences across the US, including setup, staffing, and materials.
- Office Activities: Plan and coordinate office activities such as all-staff meetings, retreats, and team-building events.
Office Operations Manager
- HR Coordination: Act as the support contact for Bambee HR, manage staff benefits, post new job openings, coordinate performance reviews, and track PTO/payroll for our India team.
- Security Compliance: Manage monthly security compliance tasks and reports, ensuring adherence to office and security policies and procedures.
- Meeting Logistics: Coordinate logistics for high-level internal and external meetings, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
- Insurance Management: Manage NEXGEN insurance certificates, ensuring coverage is up-to-date and compliant.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics for staff as needed, optimizing schedules and costs.
- Office Maintenance: Serve as the point person for office maintenance, ordering supplies, and ensuring a well-functioning workspace.
- Executive Support: Assist the President with sales or project delivery tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in event planning, office management, or a related role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attributes: Proactive personality with a passion for delivering exceptional results, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and a collaborative team player.
Preferred Attributes:
- Event Planning Experience: Demonstrated success in planning and managing large-scale events and conferences.
- Operational Excellence: Experience in streamlining office operations and improving efficiency.
- HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.

Compensation:
- Salary: $60,000/yr - $75,000/yr (depending on qualifications and experience).
- Bonuses: Annual bonuses based on performance.
Location: Sacramento, CA
