Nexgen Asset Management is Hiring an Executive Assistant to the CEO Near Sacramento, CA

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
  • Assist the President/CEO with daily administrative tasks, including managing an active calendar, timesheets, payroll, expense reports, and travel plans.
  • Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, both internally and externally.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the President/CEO.
Business Development/Sales
  • Collaborate on proposals responding to clients’ Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Support the President in remote and in-person software demonstrations.
  • Set up and configure software demonstration sites for client presentations.
Project Delivery Support
  • Assist the President with project management tasks.
  • Help configure the software to meet client requirements.
Client Account Management Support
  • Assist with client account management responsibilities.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and identify expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience preferred, especially in software sales.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, technical aptitude, and proactive personality.
  • Abilities: Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Attributes
  • Sales Knowledge: Understanding of customer-centric selling and the sales process is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively address concerns and present solutions on the spot.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with internal team members and serve as the customer’s central point of contact.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  • Experience using web software and mobile applications.

Compensation
  • Salary: $60,000/yr - $65,000/yr (depending on qualifications and experience).
  • Bonuses: Annual bonuses based on performance.
This is a full-time position based out of our Sacramento, CA office and is not remote.
