This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder at NEXGEN Tooling in Sanford, ME. As a CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our grinding equipment to produce high-performance carbide cutting tools. Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up machines, monitoring production, adjusting parameters, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications

• Experience in operating and programming CNC grinding machines
• Knowledge of tool grinding principles and techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments for quality control
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
