Responsibilities:
- Utilize computer systems to manage and track shipments
- Access FedEx and UPS portals to schedule and monitor shipments
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill order requirements.
- Efficiently pick and pack items for shipment.
- Ensure accurate labeling and proper packaging for safe transportation.
- Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documents.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Address any shipping-related issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain organized shipping records and documentation
- 2 years UPS/FedEx parcel ship label processing experience required.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills, basic math competency, and reading proficiency
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work with urgency.
- Effective communication skills and professional team collaboration.
- The ability to work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures
