Job Summary :

As an Assembly Line Worker, you will be responsible for the efficient assembly of mattresses, ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work as part of a team, and the capability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assemble mattress components according to company specifications and quality standards.
• Operate and maintain assembly line equipment and tools.
• Perform routine inspections of materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Report any issues or defects to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications :

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive motions.
• Capability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Visual acuity to inspect materials and products for quality assurance.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
