Position Description: Senior NetSuite Administrator
Working Location: Plano, TX; 75074 (On-Site)
Employment Status: Full-Time Regular
Required Education: Relevant Position Specific Experience or Bachelor’s Degree
Required Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years’ experience
Travel Required: Minimal; 0 to 5%
Compensation: $140k to $170k Base salary; 10% Bonus
Primary Duties:
NetSuite Administrator manages all aspects of our company’s B2B NetSuite environment including integrations and operation of non-Oracle applications and modules, as well as third-party contractor relationships with NetSuite environment specific consultants. The Administrator manages project initiatives necessary to expand ERP platform capability while regularly improving the processing efficiency of our daily work among functional areas and across the enterprise, making maximum use of automated task processing triggered naturally from the successful completion of a recurring operational task. Incumbent will provide technical/thought leadership and counsel in executive discussion of NetSuite related implementation/proposals of new platform processing capabilities enabling our company to efficiently expand on lines of business we seek to capture. This role is a strategic addition to our finance team and will work closely with a variety of people from most of our company’s functional areas. This is not a role for a quiet/shy desk bound type of person. The incumbent will engage regularly with most of the 50 members of our Plano office team, teaching new skills to old dogs and championing improved utilization of the platform – quite literally bringing fire to a new village.

The incumbent will report to the VP Finance & Administration or his/her designee, and the two will coordinate closely on recurring projects/analytical tasks as well as weekly discussions on longer-term project priorities.
