FOX40 is looking for a Creative Services Coordinator to join an amazing team producing our fun, energetic, lifestyle TV show, Studio 40 Live; an hour-long show that airs weekdays at 10am. This is a part-time position, that will require someone who is organized, quick on their feet and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, live TV environment.
The Creative Services Coordinator must be able to work with the Creative Services Director and the Studio 40 Live team to help create quality content for the show, as well as monthly half hour specials. They will assist with editing Studio40 segments created by the Field Producer, help with booking segments, and in filming and editing.
Experience producing engaging and shareable content is a major PLUS.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• An ability to meet daily, long term and event-driven project goals, individually and in a team environment.
• Oversee editing and revision of on-location and in-studio tapings.
• Work closely with the Studio40 team to ensure quality of our daily show.
• Assist with purchase any props needed for the show.
• Act as a backup Producer when needed to build the rundown and booth the live show.
• Assist Field Producer when needed.

Occasionally the Creative Services Coordinator will also assist with FOX40 events: set-up/tear-down of equipment, interacting with the general public and driving the station vehicle. Duties within the Creative Services Department will include but are not limited to assisting with event preparation. Heavy lifting may be required, packing event materials, gassing and washing van, loading van, sharing event photos on FOX40/Studio 40 Live social media accounts, assisting with promotional shoots and other general office duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who possesses excellent written, verbal, computer and communications skills, with an interest in marketing and promotions. The Creative Services Coordinator must demonstrate a positive attitude, be cheerful and cooperative at all times in order to maintain a productive work environment.
Must be 18 and older with a High School diploma
College degree or some college preferred
Must maintain a flexible schedule and be able to work weekdays and on occasion on evenings or weekends.
Compensation - $16.00 /hr commensurate with experience and skill level
