The Military Sealift Command (MSC) operates over 110 Government-Owned Government Operated (GOGO) and Government-Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) ships, manned by Civilian Mariners (CIVMARs) and other merchant mariners. Effective training is crucial for ensuring operational readiness of these ships, and MSC's ability to execute its global mission relies on timely and effective training programs.
Objectives:
The contractor will provide the Government with qualified personnel and supplies to support FS and Logistics Training. The training program aims to enhance the professional knowledge and skills of MSC’s workforce, including civilian employees, contracted employees, military personnel, CIVMARs, and other merchant mariners.
