Your Role
As a Construction Project Manager , your projects will span a variety of construction types, typically lasting 10 to 18 months. You'll be hands-on, spending at least one day a week on-site, managing projects from field to punch. Here's how you'll drive success:
Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, enhancing client satisfaction
Leadership with Transparency: Lead by example, empowering your team and ensuring all project aspects are clear and understood
On-Time, On-Budget Delivery: Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed within schedule and budget
Proactive Problem Solving: Communicate potential issues, schedule progress, and manage change orders with clients and stakeholders
Contract and Subcontractor Management: Handle all contractual, financial, and project-specific issues efficiently

Your Foundation
Education: Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field
Experience: 5-10 years of Project Management experience in commercial general contracting
Technical Expertise: Proficiency with cloud-based project management software, MS Office (Project), and Procore
