Overview: Our client, a leading nationwide commercial real estate investment firm is currently seeking an Operations Manager. This role will provide essential support to a group of executives, focusing on managing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, conducting data analysis, and preparing impactful presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize expense reports for executives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
• Conduct data analysis using Excel to support decision-making processes and identify trends or opportunities.
• Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations and reports for executive meetings and presentations.
• Assist in coordinating and managing special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
• Act as a liaison between executives and various departments within the organization, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with real estate investment terminology and financial analysis.
• Experience using CRM software or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana).
