Job Description:

At Next Level Medical, our Emotional Wellness Coach (LCSW) plays a crucial role in improving the mental and emotional well-being of our patients. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Emotional Wellness Coach provides comprehensive mental health support and guidance through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' emotional and mental well-being and develop personalized treatment plans

- Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care

- Monitor patient progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment plans as needed

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient assessments, interventions, and progress

- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on best practices and new advancements in mental health care

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution

- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, LPC) license in the state of practice

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience providing mental health services

- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to our core values
