Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated, upbeat Operating Room Registered Nurse with Open Heart experience to join our growing team in Newark, DE. The selected candidate will be part of the Open Heart Team, providing excellent clinical outcomes and compassionate care to patients and their families. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert nursing care in the operating room, specifically on the Open Heart Team
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Handle Open Heart procedures and participate in on-call shifts as required
• Maintain patient safety and follow best practices in cardiovascular operating procedures

Qualifications:

• Required:
• 3 years of Operating Room experience
• Cardiac Open-Heart experience
• Current RN licensure
• Preferred:
• BSN (commitment to obtaining within 3 years of hire)
