Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cath Lab

Salary: $34 - $55 per hour

Our expansion includes a state-of-the-art 165,000 square-foot patient tower featuring an innovative Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, expanded med/surg, labor and delivery capacities, and additional operating rooms and cath labs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the BSWH nursing professional practice model to deliver comprehensive patient care in the Cath Lab.
• Assess patients using the nursing process, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Enhance patient safety and quality of care through evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster a caring and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff while managing physical and emotional pain.
• Advocate for patient and family rights and maintain professional boundaries.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to integrate and execute personalized care plans.
• Utilize systems thinking to utilize resources effectively and improve patient care processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting, preferably in a Cath Lab.
• Certifications: Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
