Position Title: Cardiac Tele RN
Employment Type: Full Time
Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 1900-0700
Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

Salary Range: $33-$40 per hour, plus differentials

Shift Differentials:
- Evening (1500-2230): $3.50/hr
- Night (2300-0730): $5.00/hr
- Weekend (1500 Friday-0659 Monday): $2.25/hr
- Total Beds: 59 across three units, staffing for 45 beds
- Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:5
- Support Staff: 1-2 patient care technicians per unit, depending on census and acuity
- Technology & Equipment: GE heart monitors, Masimo vital sign machines, Stryker beds
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for cardiac patients in a telemetry setting.
- Monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs and detect any changes, enabling timely intervention.
- Manage care for patients post cardiac procedures, ensuring effective recovery.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Participate in educational programs to maintain competency and professional skills.
- ADN required; BSN preferred. ADN holders must agree to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN hospital experience.
- Kansas RN license required upon start.
- ACLS & BLS certifications required.
- Experience with TR band management.
- BSN degree
- Prior telemetry/cardiac care experience
