Overview:

Come join this growing and fast-paced industry to assist families during their search for senior living options. As an Independent Senior Living Placement Specialist, you will operate as a self-employed contractor with incredible support from our corporate office. You are responsible for networking and marketing your placement services to referral partners, and providing expert guidance to elderly individuals and their families seeking appropriate senior living options. 

Your role will involve assessing client needs, coordinating moving transitions, and leveraging your knowledge of the senior living landscape to facilitate placements that meet clients' requirements and preferences. Corporate training and on-going support will be provided for the duration of your employment. We have roles available in the service areas of southeast Michigan including Plymouth/Canton, Novi, Northville, Livonia and Oakland and Macomb counties.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Networking:

- Implement marketing strategies to expand the client base.

- Network with healthcare professionals and community organizations to generate referrals.

Coordination of Transitions:

- Liaison between clients, senior living communities, and service providers.

- Coordinate logistics for transitions, including tours and transportation.

Client-Facing Role:

- Guide clients and families on senior living options.

- Maintain professionalism and empathy, building trust and rapport.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

- Use a CRM system to track interactions and maintain records.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Knowledge of Senior Living:

- Stay informed about local senior living options, services, and costs.

- Provide detailed guidance to clients.

Independent Work:

- Manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet client needs independently.

- Demonstrate initiative to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service.

Communication Skills:

- Communicate effectively via text, email, and phone.

- Use clear language to arrange visits, provide updates, and address inquiries.

 Qualifications

- Experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in senior living.

- Knowledge of local senior living options, services, and costs.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn.

- Empathy and a desire to assist elderly individuals and their families.
