Direct Hire, Fully Onsite

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PM

No Overtime

Salary: Approximately $60k - $75k/annually

Job Responsibilities:

• Client Relations and Practice Administration: Provide interface for existing and prospective clients, handle new client intake, receives clients and visitors, read/sort/date incoming mail, screen and prioritize calls, process client bills, maintain records and filing systems.
• Document Preparation and Management: Proof and perform editing on legal office correspondence and legal case matters, assist in the formation of business entities, produce accurate legal documents with minimal supervision.
• Franchise Transfers and Renewals: Prepare execution versions of documents, track deadlines and gather relevant information from stakeholders, mange documentation for transfers and existing franchise/development agreements.
• Project Management: Perform research, manage/track/report status on current legal project logs, assume responsibility for special projects as needed or directed by attorneys.

• Prior corporate or franchise law experience not required
