What You Will Be Doing
- Identify new business opportunities in line with the Group business strategy.
- Maintain and develop high level sales relationships.
- Plan, develop and execute business development activities, short and long term marketing and sales plans.
- Act as an internal business development & marketing partner.
- Support the Division President in deploying the global sales strategy.
- Analyse business trends developing new opportunities.
- Conduct Market Research and attend trade shows.
- Support the Division President in appointing and managing suitable agents and distributors.
- Develop a business plan covering sales and revenues for the assigned region and market.
- Manage the sales team to meet agreed targets.
- Forecast sales for each product and territory.
- Set individual territory sales targets and manage individual performance for the sales team.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counselling, mentoring and product training.
- Negotiate business opportunities and contracts with clients.
- Monitor progress ensuring on-time delivery.
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Strong experience in selling and market knowledge.
- Experience in negotiating international sales contracts.
- Management and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills, fluency in English.
- Experience in team management.
- Mechanical or Electrical engineering background.
- Sales Forecasting.
- Business development skills.
- More than 5 years of experience in similar roles, with team management.
- More than 10 years experience in technical sales (for complex custom products).
