NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is Hiring a DevOps Engineer Near Englewood, CO

We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in Englewood, CO. As a DevOps Engineer, you will have a strong background in cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation. You will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing our applications and infrastructure, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.

This is a Hybrid model position. Working 3 days a week onsite in Englewood, CO.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage automation scripts using Ansible or Terraform for provisioning, configuration management, and orchestration.
  • Deploy, manage, and optimize Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Concourse to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage cloud-based and on-prem environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, reliability, and security.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and implement proactive measures for optimization.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure the scalability and security of our infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in Ansible and Terraform for automation and infrastructure-as-code deployments.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols and services.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or Perl.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
