Project Manager - Global Supply Chain- Remote

JOB DUTIES:

The Supply Chain PMO Manager will be responsible for managing key strategic initiatives for the consumer and business supply chain team, including initiatives supporting supply planning, channel allocations, POP, and collateral planning.

Key functions include:

  • Leading internal and cross-functional teams for Senior Leadership communications.
  • Managing strategic project launches.
  • Collaborating with the business to identify, develop, and execute business efficiencies and digitalization projects.
  • Handling data management and validation in conjunction with project deliverables and modules.

This role involves extensive partnering with various internal and external teams to develop and execute key initiatives. The candidate will lead supply chain-optimization projects involving cross-functional teams at an enterprise-wide scale, demonstrating significant leadership experience and success in driving cross-functional process improvements that provide tangible business benefits. Understanding the integration of supply chain within the overall business ecosystem is essential to align opportunities with business needs and customer demands. This is a high-impact, highly visible role within the Supply Chain organization.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute strategic initiatives for the Supply Chain.
  • Lead cross-functional supply chain teams and represent Supply Chain in external cross-functional teams to ensure launch readiness.
  • Act as a liaison to internal business partners (Intake Process, IT & Analytics/Reporting).
  • Communicate launch readiness and project milestones to Senior Management and internal/external partners, including preparing and documenting presentations.
  • Conceptualize, design, and manage multiple complex projects/programs simultaneously to completion, ensuring end-to-end strategic project management.
  • Create cohesive project plans with identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, and major milestones.
  • Manage plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters. Identify key risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Lead the implementation of new or reengineered processes, including project planning, resource management, change management, and training.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

  • 6 years of project management or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with gSuite (gSlides, gSheets, gDocs, gMail), MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), and Smartsheet application.
  • Proven record of leading cross-functional team projects timely.
  • Experience with competitive insights, market research, hypothesis development, executive-level proposals, business cases, and financial modeling.
  • Collaboration skills to define and support the product roadmap and business strategy.
  • Experience in management, strategy consulting, and customer experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • 5 years of global supply chain or marketing experience.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and schedules.
  • BI/data analytics experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL.
  • Experience with supply chain planning systems such as SAP, IBP, 1ERP.
  • Excellent forward-thinking and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated individual who takes calculated risks and consistently demonstrates positive results.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences at multiple leadership levels.
  • Passionate, driven, and a visionary leader with a track record of successful performance in building a best-in-class supply chain team.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP or APICS certification/training.
  • MBA or Master's in an equivalent field preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification/training.
