Your role as a Pest Control Technician will include:

• Delivering impeccable customer service and resolving any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Efficiently managing and executing strategic operating plans.
• Coordinating routes to maximize productivity.
• Undertaking occasional travel to our other branches.
• Fostering a positive and effective company culture through open communication.
• Overseeing the maintenance of our fleet, equipment, and inventory.
• Carrying out any other duties as required.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have a strong background in Pest Control, Termite, and/or Wildlife control.
• Display excellent leadership abilities, with experience in training, coaching, and motivating a team.
• Possess high levels of verbal and written communication skills, as well as impressive presentation abilities.
• Be capable of collaborating with all departments and employees within the organization.
• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Show prowess in creative problem-solving and organizational and time management skills.
• Possess business process analysis skills, with the ability to recommend improvement strategies.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and safely work on ladders.
• Be open to occasional travel and participation in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
• Obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations.
• Pass pre-employment background screening and drug tests.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record search.

Salary: $50,000 to $85,000 /year
