Job Description
Currently looking for an Accounting Associate to join the NextGen team to process our accounts payable, accounts receivable and perform receptionist duties. Must be a team player with a helpful attitude and desire to grow professionally.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter vendor invoices daily
Process customer contact information updates and vendor contact information updates in our system daily
Data entry of incoming invoices via email and US Mail
Job Costing of expenses to correct Jobs
Vendor and Customer Service correspondence as needed.
Perform receptionist duties.
Organize and maintain files. Prepare miscellaneous reports as needed/requested.
Process cash, EFT and credit card receipts daily.
Daily, monthly and quarterly accounts receivable invoicing.
Collections for all accounts receivable.

REQUIREMENTS
College graduate or some college
Experience with accounting software
Intermediate Excel knowledge
Strong time-management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail.
Willingness to grow and improve
Customer service oriented attitude
