Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management within the industrial staffing sector, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team across Fort Worth, Texas

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team, setting clear goals and expectations, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with our staffing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B outside sales within the industrial staffing sector or other similar sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
