Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: act as the secondary point of contact for client communications, ensuring their needs are met by fostering a strong, trusting relationship.
  • Strategic Insight Gathering: participate in collaborating with clients to gather insights about their brand identity, customer motivations, and market positioning, which informs tailored marketing strategies.
  • Project Coordination: assist in the planning and execution of marketing projects, coordinating between clients and creative/digital teams to ensure deliverables align with strategic goals.
  • Data Analysis: provide support in monitoring and analyzing marketing outcomes to provide clients with actionable feedback that helps refine strategies and improve results.
  • Creative Collaboration: work closely with the creative team to ensure that the marketing deliverables are innovative and precisely tailored to client needs.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptation: stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to continually refine and enhance the firm's approach to client marketing strategies.

Curator Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: develop compelling, branded content that communicates the unique value propositions of clients and engages their target audiences.
  • Content Strategy Development: assist in the design of content strategies that align with the client's overall marketing goals and brand identity, leveraging insights into customer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Editorial Oversight: maintain the quality and consistency of content across all platforms, ensuring it meets the firm's high standards and client expectations.
  • Market Research: conduct thorough research to stay ahead of industry trends and generate fresh, relevant content that positions clients as leaders in their markets.
  • Audience Engagement: utilize analytics tools to track engagement and adjust content strategies based on audience feedback and interaction patterns.
  • Collaborative Planning: work closely with account managers and clients to ensure content initiatives support broader marketing objectives and drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
  • Proven Experience in Client Management
