Job Overview:
This individual will interface between Site Acquisition, Tower Host Liaison, Electrical, and Construction. External coordination with FAA and FCC, city and county jurisdictions, and utility companies is also required. Typical duties include general administrative tasks such as communicating with Tower Host, workflow management, file management, project scheduling, work order generation and permit procurement. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly are necessary. Provides weekly progress updates to management as necessary.

Job Responsibilities
· Consistent work in Billmax and project management software/database.
· Contacting and resolving Tower Host concerns.
· File coordination request with FCC and FAA.
· Research permit requirements and apply for permits.
· Request 911 addresses for new construction.
· Apply for new services and establish accounts and submit move in orders.
· Prepare construction drawings as needed.
· Coordinating electrical and construction crew schedule with utility availability.
· Electronic and physical file management and upkeep.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Travel Requirements:
· No travel is expected in association with performing this position.
Physical Requirement
· The employee may be occasionally required to lift and/or move equipment and materials up to 20 lbs. This position may involve occasionally operating a motor-vehicle, which may require assuming a stationary position for extended periods of time.
