JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Pro Certified Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and support.

This role requires a deep understanding of Workday modules, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implementation and Configuration : Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
• System Maintenance : Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Client Support : Provide ongoing support and training to clients, addressing their Workday-related queries and issues promptly and effectively.
• Project Management : Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion of Workday implementations and upgrades.
• Data Management : Oversee data migration, data integrity, and data security processes within the Workday environment.
• Custom Reporting : Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet specific client needs and enhance decision-making capabilities.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration and operation of Workday systems.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications :

• Workday Certification : Must hold a Workday Pro Certification.
• Experience : . of 8 years of experience in Workday implementation and support.
• Technical Skills : Proficient in Workday HCM, Financials, and other relevant modules.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project Management : Proven experience in managing large-scale Workday projects.
• Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and other integration tools.
• Knowledge of HR and Financial business processes.
• Previous consulting experience in a similar role.
