The Dean’s Coordinator for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) provides high-level coordination of the Dean’s activities for the School of Engineering. The incumbent serves as the central liaison between the Associate Dean and faculty, students, staff, and other internal and external constituents.
The Dean’s Coordinator proactively manages numerous administrative functions including managing the Associate Dean’s special projects, events, meetings, agendas, committee arrangements, purchases, and other initiatives. The incumbent will plan, staff and support events sponsored by the Dean’s office in support of DEI with advanced interpersonal skills for interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
• Intermediate skills with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Mail, Slides, Drive), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Must be highly organized, a team player, and able to adapt to a changing environment.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Note

• This position can be a hybrid schedule after 2-3 weeks of onsite training.
