NextStep Recruiting has joined hands with a long-standing client located in Far North Dallas, seeking to hire a Time & Expense Report Processor on a contract-to-hire basis.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 years of experience handling high-volume expense report processing – on average could handle up to 50 per day
• Heavy focus on corporate credit cards, auditing transactions to ensure they fall into compliance with company policies
• Create and analyze all regularly scheduled and ad-hoc reports out of Concur and the credit card bank website
• Oversee and monitor any fraudulent transactions and work with employees as well as banks on effective handling
• MUST have Concur Software, and high-intermediate Excel – lots of reporting in Concur that is exported into Excel
