NextStep Technology is Hiring an Executive Administrator Near Washington, DC

Overview: The Executive Administrator will be responsible for managing executive strategies and ensuring compliance with executive secretariat guidelines, supporting (Department of Homeland Security) DHS's cybersecurity leadership. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in executive administration and a strong understanding of executive management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives within DHS's cybersecurity programs.
  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, and communications.
  • Develop and implement executive strategies and initiatives that support DHS's cyber mission.
  • Ensure compliance with executive secretariat guidelines.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review executive correspondence and documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information related to national cybersecurity efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive administration, with a focus on cybersecurity or federal government programs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in administrative and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of DHS's cyber mission and executive secretariat guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
