Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Mission Support Division Lead to oversee and manage our contractor staff, ensuring effective organization, planning, direction, and management. This role involves assisting the CSS Program Manager with team leadership, providing guidance, and shaping program management vision. You will also consult with senior leadership as needed and ensure all assigned task areas are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, organize, and manage contractor staff with a focus on achieving project objectives.
• Assist the CSS Program Manager in providing leadership, guidance, and program management vision.
• Consult with senior leadership to support day-to-day operations of the Mission Support Division.
• Ensure all personnel are qualified and experienced, supervising them to complete tasks as outlined in sections 4.1, Subsections 4.1.1 through 4.1.11.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of applicable managerial experience in organizing, planning, directing, and managing staff.
• Proven track record of effective team leadership and program management.
• Strong ability to consult with senior leadership and provide strategic guidance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
