About the Role

NextWave is working with a global leading offshore cable supplier who have an extensive portfolio for Offshore Wind farms around the world. They are looking for a core member of their team in the US to lead the tendering process for their Installation services. They are looking for an experienced Installation Tender or Proposal Manager to work on the development and delivery of tenders for Offshore Installation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation aspects throughout the tender process, from initiation to contract award and handover to the Installation department
• Deliver high-quality tenders by prioritizing effectively and aligning with customer demands and company Installation Strategy
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with installation subcontractors
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance technical and commercial solutions
• Engage in client negotiations
• Develop customized solutions to meet customer expectations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering
• 5 years of experience in relevant and similar fields of work
• Experience as a Tender Manager or Installation Manager on a previous offshore project
• Reside in or ability to relocate to Raleigh - Durham - Cary, North Carolina area
