Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Web Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, possess excellent client communication skills, and thrive in a high-paced work environment. As a Web Project Manager, you will oversee multiple web development projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple web development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns, provide updates, and manage expectations.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, SEO specialists, and content writers, to ensure seamless project execution.

• Scope and Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the company’s quality standards and client requirements. Conduct thorough testing and quality checks.

• Problem Solving: Proactively identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project reviews.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in web project management or a related field.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.

• Skills:

• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Trello).

• Solid understanding of web development technologies and methodologies, with specific expertise in Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $51,420.44 - $61,925.69 per year
