Role Overview

Inventory Clerk

This role reports to Nexus Circulars Accounting & Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and monitor inventory movements, adjustments, and variances

Record and monitor production transactions, and job completion

Reconcile cycle counts and review results with management

Identify and resolve inventory issues and discrepancies with management

Issue and maintain Operations Purchase Orders to vendors

Support customer shipping process and invoice shipments

Support month end close process

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory accounting or similar role

Additional Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and inventory management software

Working knowledge of inventory accounting principles and standards

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
