Role Overview
Inventory Clerk
This role reports to Nexus Circular's Accounting & Reporting Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

• Record and monitor inventory movements, adjustments, and variances
• Record and monitor production transactions, and job completion
• Reconcile cycle counts and review results with management
• Identify and resolve inventory issues and discrepancies with management
• Issue and maintain Operations Purchase Orders to vendors
• Support customer shipping process and invoice shipments
• Support month end close process

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory accounting or similar role

Additional Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and inventory management software
• Working knowledge of inventory accounting principles and standards
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
