Requirements:
six or more years of experience working with data analysis
four or more years of expertise running campaigns for paid digital advertising
at least one year's worth of managerial experience is ideal, or a strong drive to lead and develop a team
Experience in direct response and performance marketing is necessary.
Preferably a BS or BA in business, economics, computer science, mathematics, or statistics
Capacity to translate intricate data and facts into simply comprehended plain English
Strong organizational abilities, fiscal responsibility, and acute attention to detail
Skilled in accurately assembling reports and succinctly presenting analytical results Excellent communication abilities
strong proficiency with Excel and the ability to collaborate and cooperate with teams and technical systems
Flexible and creative self-starter with a thirst for problem-solving and optimization. Proficiency in Python, Perl, and SQL is a plus.
