Requirements: 

• six or more years of experience working with data analysis

• four or more years of expertise running campaigns for paid digital advertising

• at least one year's worth of managerial experience is ideal, or a strong drive to lead and develop a team

• Experience in direct response and performance marketing is necessary.

• Preferably a BS or BA in business, economics, computer science, mathematics, or statistics

• Capacity to translate intricate data and facts into simply comprehended plain English

• Strong organizational abilities, fiscal responsibility, and acute attention to detail

• Skilled in accurately assembling reports and succinctly presenting analytical results Excellent communication abilities
