Role Overview: As a Corporate M&A Associate, you will work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated corporate transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) : Assist in due diligence, drafting agreements, and negotiating deals.
• Corporate Governance : Advise clients on governance matters, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Transactional Support : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex transactions.
• Legal Research : Stay abreast of industry trends and legal developments.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the US or Canada.
• 3rd - 5th year with experience in corporate law, preferably at a top-tier firm.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
