Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Cases : Handle complex personal injury cases from inception through trial with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for our clients
- Trial Expertise: Utilize your extensive trial experience to represent clients effectively in court
- Client Advocacy: Provide compassionate and dedicated representation to ensure clients receive the justice they deserve
- Collaborative Environmen t: Work closely with a team of legal professionals to develop and execute legal strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in personal injury law, with significant trial experience
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Bar Admission: Active membership in the Florida State Bar
- Track Record: Proven history of successful case outcomes and client satisfaction
- Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $180,000, depending on experience, before additional performance-based bonus
- Full Benefits Package: Comprehensive PPO health insurance, paid PPO dental and vision insurance, supplemental benefits, and a 401k plan with a 3% employer match
Full-Time Position in Tampa, Florida
- Florida Stable Monday to Friday work schedule
